We will read and analyze your screenplay and then suggest changes. The purpose is to help provide you, the writer, with the tools to improve and fix what you already have. These recommendations may include improving story structure, character development, dialogue or formatting. Our critiques are comprehensive and forthright, and always constructive. We have the utmost respect for writers and their process. You will receive a detailed report as well as notes on the draft itself.
SCREENPLAY DOCTORING
Occasionally a screenplay requires another voice to add an element that will take the project to a new level. If your screenplay needs more work and it is necessary to have another writer collaborate we can step in and improve your story structure, premise, motivations, characterizations, pacing, subplots, dialogue, construction of scenes, conflict, suspense, humor, action, and/or whatever is deemed necessary.
SCREENPLAY ADAPTATION
You own the rights to a novel or story and now require the conversion of that material into a screenplay. We will adapt and develop the material into an active and visual screenplay ready to shop.
